About James Steen

James brings 17 years of combined experience in commercial strategy and M&A. He spent 13 years in commercial strategy and network planning at a major U.S. airline, building the pricing, revenue management, and route strategy behind the airline's schedule-driven revenue growth, led the operational response to the Boeing 737 MAX grounding, which forced a sudden network rebalancing, and led  numerous premium revenue generation initiatives. He then spent four years leading M&A due diligence, integration, separation, and organizational transformation work at a Big Four firm.

James holds an MBA from Vanderbilt University and a BS in Finance from the University of Alabama.

James is now applying that same institutional discipline to owning and operating one business directly — building a lasting platform for growth rather than evaluating deals on behalf of others.
